Account Issue

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can stop your subscription from automatically rebilling under “My Account” > “My Subscription” or “Subscriptions” (if you have multiple) when you are logged in on the Market Rebellion website.

Market Rebellion sends you notifications 30 and 7 days before your subscription is set to rebill, allowing you the opportunity to update payment information or adjust/cancel your subscription. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you can do so from the logged in section of the Market Rebellion website by clicking on “My Account” > “My Subscription” or “Subscriptions” (if you have multiple) as indicated in the screen shots below. There, you will find options to disable auto renew or cancel your subscription.

If you disable auto renew, your subscription will not automatically bill on your next billing cycle. Instead, you will be prompted to pay at that time.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, your subscription will end at the end of the current billing cycle.

In either case, you are still able to access your full subscription benefits until the date that your subscription expires.

IMPORTANT: If you are within the first 30 days of a service and wish to get a refund via our money-back guarantee, you must request this via email or phone with one of our trading specialists. They are available Monday-Friday from 8 AM CT to 5 PM CT at (888) 982-8342.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

STEP 2: Click to "View" the subscription that you would like to cancel. You can then click "Cancel" to cancel the subscription. This will cancel your subscription at the next payment date. If you want to turn off auto renew, you can also do this on this page instead of canceling.

STEP 3: Your subscription will be canceled, and you will see a confirmation at the top along with the "Reactivate" button now under that subscription. Nothing further is needed to have your subscription cancel on the end date.
